Jan 15th, 2022: The Myth About Schooling

"I never let my schooling interfere with my education." - Mark Twain

We should not measure education by the number of years and the degrees we attain. Every academic institution has its own bias regardless of the claim about the objectivity of high learning. We don't have to go very far to see how our university education has deteriorated. University as an institution has been influenced heavily by many special interest groups.

Education should give us access to knowledge. We don't see the search for needed knowledge as much as the proclamation of propaganda from various causes. It is no longer about searching for the truth. It is about it is what you make it to be. We should be able to debate truth issues without fear and censorship. There are no more free and respectful dialogues about issues and thoughts.

University students are afraid of critical thinking because they don't want to say things that might appear to be unacceptable. Critical thinking will be the foundation of our discourses about truth. The need for conformity to different social and sexual agendas has led us to the path of self-betrayal in our education system. The voice that asks for the truth is now the voice in the desert.

Many people have spent many years in school and yet are spiritually naive. Their worldviews are predominantly preoccupied with human desires and thoughts. When we are not free from ourselves, education is a myth. We are no longer dealing with the truth, only its illusion.

Psalm 51: 6

"Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart."
